Winter Fun!

Easton's new favorite thing is to say and watch basketball. We tried sledding and he wasn't too thrilled about it; of course he couldn't move to well in the marshmallow suit that he is wearing. He also tried eating the snow and I think the picture speaks for itself. We had alot of fun watching him Christmas morning. He got so excited about everything. And the last picture is of East trying on Uncle Jeff's glasses. I think he looks so handsome in them!!!

To Our Secret Santa

Dear Secret Santa,
I hope you see this. You made a quick get away. And we really want to say thanks! I know how people check blogs this day and so I thought this would be one way to reach you. Thank you so much for what you have done for us!!! Not only for the things you gave us but for reminding us what this season is all about. We are truly humbled and we can't express enough how grateful we are.
Love,

Happy Birthday Monkey!

Easton is one today and I can't believe it.... He is such a fun little guy and he makes me and Luke so happy. Easton has grown so much and is learning things all the time. He loves to play on the piano (just like his dad), he loves dogs, he likes to play with our phones, he loves to look at books and have us read to him. He is a major daddy's boy and has started to cry anytime dad leaves. He loves his bath and swimming, he sleeps great (most of the time), he likes to be around other little kids and his cousin Emily can always get him laughing! He says mamma, dad, dog, apple, happy (still learning). He has a very cautious personality and therefore he doesn't walk without holding onto hands but he's learning and would love to be able to walk on his own. I will let you all know when that happens!! He teaches us patience. We love you Easton and are so happy to be your parents. Happy Birthday Monkey!!!!
